Please be informed that the deadline for the submission of expressions of interest pursuant to the Call for expressions of interest for the selection of an investor for the area located in the north-west suburbs of Milan called “Piazza d’armi” published on 13th June 2023 (the “Invitation”), in response to the high level of market interest, with the aim of maximising the participation to the project and the access to the information shared, is to be extended to 31st October 2023.
Investors interested in expressing their interest may submit the confidentiality agreement within the aforementioned deadline in the text attached to the Invitation under Annex B (the “Confidentiality Agreement”).
